AI Image & Video Production Policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

Overview

Our service uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to create premium commercial images and videos for e-commerce brands, Amazon listings, websites, social media advertising, and marketing campaigns.

AI enables businesses to access cinematic, high-production-value content at a fraction of the cost of traditional photography, videography, studios, actors, locations, equipment, and post-production teams.

A production that may traditionally require a crew, studio, camera equipment, lighting, set design, product stylists, editors, VFX artists, and several days of shooting can often be produced using AI at a significantly lower cost and faster turnaround time.

Clients should evaluate AI production based on commercial effectiveness and visual quality rather than engineering-level precision.

Understanding AI Limitations

Artificial Intelligence is a predictive visual generation technology.

Unlike CAD software, 3D modeling software, engineering software, or physical photography, AI does not reconstruct products mathematically. Instead, it generates imagery and video frames based on reference materials and learned visual patterns.

For this reason:

  • 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
  • Pixel-perfect replication cannot be guaranteed.
  • Engineering-grade reconstruction cannot be guaranteed.
  • Frame-by-frame consistency cannot be guaranteed.
  • Dimensional verification cannot be guaranteed.
  • Manufacturing-level precision cannot be guaranteed.

These limitations are inherent to current AI technology and apply across all commercially available AI image and video generation platforms.

If absolute engineering accuracy is required, a dedicated 3D modeling, CAD reconstruction, CGI, or traditional photography/videography workflow should be commissioned separately.

Commercial Accuracy Standard

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are delivered using a commercial visual accuracy standard.

The objective is to create highly convincing marketing content that accurately represents the product, brand, and intended customer experience.

Minor AI-generated variations are considered normal and acceptable provided they do not materially affect:

  • Product recognizability
  • Intended appearance
  • Core functionality representation
  • Marketing message
  • Customer understanding

Commercial marketing content and engineering documentation are fundamentally different deliverables and should be evaluated accordingly.

No Pixel-Matching Guarantee

AI-generated images and videos are evaluated based on commercial quality and recognizability rather than pixel-level comparison with source references.

Approval decisions should be based on whether the deliverable successfully represents the product, brand, and intended marketing objective.

Minor visual differences that do not materially affect customer perception, product recognition, or commercial usability shall not be considered defects.

Approval-Based Production Workflow

Every project follows a structured approval process.

This protects both the client and the production team from unnecessary delays, misunderstandings, and unlimited revision cycles.

Stage 1

Story Approval

Client approval is obtained for:

  • Objective
  • Messaging
  • Story flow
  • Scene sequence
  • Duration
  • Shot list

Approval confirms acceptance of the communication strategy.

Stage 2

Storyboard Approval

Client approval is obtained for:

  • Camera movements
  • Composition
  • Product placement
  • Props
  • Lighting direction
  • Visual style
  • Transitions

Approval confirms acceptance of the production blueprint.

Stage 3

Production

Production begins only after storyboard approval.

The approved storyboard becomes the official production scope.

Requests made after approval that alter the approved scope may be treated as change requests.

Included Revision Round

Each project includes one consolidated revision round.

All feedback must be submitted together in a single review cycle.

Included

Included revisions are limited to:

  • AI deformation correction
  • Rendering defects
  • Flickering
  • Technical glitches
  • Missing approved elements
  • Storyboard deviations
  • Text spelling corrections
  • Text grammar corrections
  • Technical export issues

Feedback Submission Policy

To maintain project efficiency and accountability, all revision requests must be submitted using the ListingShot Feedback Sheet.

Feedback must be:

  • Consolidated into a single submission
  • Clearly referenced by scene number, image number, or timestamp
  • Specific and actionable

Feedback provided through multiple emails, messages, voice notes, phone calls, screenshots, or fragmented discussions may be consolidated and processed during the next revision cycle.

Excluded Revisions

Excluded

The following are not considered defects and are not included within the revision scope:

  • Personal creative preferences
  • New ideas after approval
  • Additional concepts
  • Additional scenes
  • Additional shots
  • Additional camera movements
  • Additional environments
  • Additional props
  • Additional styling directions
  • Additional branding requests
  • Additional text additions
  • Additional claims
  • Alternate versions
  • Additional exports
  • Additional aspect ratios
  • Scene reordering
  • Music replacement requests
  • Music preference changes
  • Duration changes
  • Timing changes
  • Pace changes
  • Requests based solely on subjective preference

Creative preference changes do not constitute production defects.

Change Requests

Any request outside the approved scope is considered a change request.

Examples include:

  • New concepts
  • New scenes
  • New messaging
  • New visual directions
  • New environments
  • Additional deliverables
  • Additional versions
  • Additional formats

Change requests may affect both timeline and budget.

Change request fee

Change Requests are billed at USD $100 per request or more depending on complexity, production time, rendering requirements, and scope of work.

Additional fees may apply for new concepts, additional scenes, alternate versions, extensive re-editing, major creative changes, or requests requiring substantial rework of approved content.

Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines are estimates and depend upon:

  • Asset availability
  • Client response times
  • Approval turnaround times
  • Rendering platform availability
  • Scope changes
  • Revision requests

Production schedules are directly linked to client approvals.

Delays in approvals automatically extend delivery timelines by an equivalent period.

Timeline commitments apply only when approvals are received within the agreed review windows.

Client Approval Delays

Projects may be paused while awaiting client approvals.

Production timelines do not continue running during approval waiting periods.

Delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment Terms

Production work, rendering resources, project management, and creative allocation are reserved specifically for each project.

Invoices are payable according to the agreed schedule.

Late payments may result in:

  • Project suspension
  • Delivery hold
  • Removal from production queue
  • Reallocation of reserved production slots

Late payment charge

Outstanding balances may incur a late payment charge of USD $100 per week until payment is received.

All final deliverables remain the property of ListingShot until full payment has been received.

Client-Supplied Assets

Clients are responsible for supplying:

  • Product images from all required angles and perspectives necessary for production, or
  • Shipping the physical product directly to ListingShot for photography, videography, scanning, reference creation, or production purposes
  • Logos
  • Brand assets
  • Product specifications
  • Marketing claims
  • Legal disclosures
  • Supporting references

If adequate reference materials are not supplied, product accuracy, consistency, and production timelines may be affected.

ListingShot shall not be responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, low-quality, conflicting, inaccurate, or insufficient reference materials provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

All production systems, workflows, prompt engineering methods, creative processes, templates, automation systems, internal methodologies, and production techniques remain the intellectual property of ListingShot.

Clients receive usage rights to the final deliverables upon completion of payment.

Acceptance of Terms

Commencement of work, payment of invoice, purchase order issuance, written approval, email confirmation, or engagement of services constitutes acceptance of this policy.

By proceeding with a project, the client acknowledges:

  • The inherent limitations of AI-generated images and videos
  • The approval-based production workflow
  • The revision policy
  • The change request policy
  • The payment terms
  • The delivery timeline conditions

The purpose of AI production is to provide exceptional commercial-quality visual content at a fraction of traditional production costs, not to replace engineering, CAD, manufacturing, technical documentation, or product development workflows.
